Hey mate, yeah that sucks! My shoulder is only just sorting itself aswell mate.... I've been going out a quite a bit in the last two weeks. Got our training compund on the go now. Building a wicked step up with a mulch landing. Just let me know when you want to ride and we'll go from there.. Evenings are the best at the moment so weston woods, hollow or k hole would be best.
